Accurate Registration Information
You must provide truthful and accurate information when registering your 12bat account, including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and any other details requested. Providing false information, including a false date of birth, is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any account balance.
2.2
Account Security Obligations
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. You agree to notify 12bat support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any breach of security. 12bat will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

KYC Verification
12bat reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documentation from any Player at any time. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

All financial transactions on the 12bat platform — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus-related transfers — are subject to the provisions of this clause. 12bat processes financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) only.
3.1
Deposit Terms
The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits made via these methods are typically credited to your 12bat wallet within seconds of the transaction being confirmed on the payment provider's system. 12bat does not charge a processing fee on deposits. You must only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and may trigger a KYC review.
3.2
Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawal requests are processed only to the same payment method (and same account) used to make the most recent deposit to the Player's account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes for bKash and Nagad; processing times for Rocket and Upay may vary. 12bat reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed where the account holds an active Bonus Fund balance that has not yet satisfied the applicable wagering requirement.
3.3
Anti-Money Laundering Obligations
12bat is committed to preventing the platform from being used for money laundering or any other financial crime. All Players are required to use the platform for genuine gaming and betting purposes only. 12bat reserves the right to place a hold on an account, delay or refuse a withdrawal, and report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities where it has reasonable grounds to suspect financial crime. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements
12bat offers promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and event-specific promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of offer as well as the general provisions of this clause.
4.1
Bonus Eligibility and Claiming

Gameplay, Betting Rules, and Technical Provisions
The following provisions apply to all gaming and betting activity conducted on the 12bat platform, including live casino, slots, crash games, and sports betting markets.
5.1
Game Results and Finality
All game results are determined by the relevant game engine — either a certified RNG system or the outcome of live gameplay managed by a live dealer. Results are final and binding once the game round has concluded. 12bat does not alter, override, or reverse game results except in the case of a demonstrable technical error that affected the fairness of the game round. In such cases, the affected round may be voided and stakes returned to affected players.
5.2
Malfunctions and Technical Errors

Sports Betting Specific Rules
Sports betting markets on 12bat are subject to their own event-specific rules in addition to these Terms. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet placement; once a bet is confirmed, the odds at which it was placed are locked. In-play bets are accepted at 12bat's sole discretion. 12bat reserves the right to void any sports bet where the result has been materially affected by match-fixing, irregularity, or where the event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned without a result being declared.

Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 12bat platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in referral to relevant authorities.
Fraudulent Activity
Using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment methods; providing false registration information; or attempting to deceive 12bat or its payment providers through any means.
Collusion
Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including sharing hands in poker-style games or placing coordinated opposing bets across multiple accounts.
Software Exploitation
Using bots, automated scripts, AI-assisted betting tools, or any software that interacts with the 12bat platform in a manner not intended for human players. Exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities to gain an advantage is also prohibited.
Match Fixing
Placing bets on any event where you have knowledge of or involvement in the manipulation of the event's outcome, including cricket matches, football matches, or any other sporting event available for betting on 12bat.
Harassment
Any abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour directed at 12bat staff or other players via any communication channel, including live chat, email, or social media.

Any Player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended immediately. 12bat reserves the right to permanently close such accounts, void all pending bets and withdrawals, and forfeit any account balance. Where criminal activity is suspected, 12bat may report the matter to law enforcement authorities.
Clause 7
Account Suspension, Closure, and Termination
12bat reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, regulatory requirements, or commercial decision.
7.1
Player-Initiated Closure
You may request the closure of your 12bat account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, 12bat will process any pending withdrawal of real-money balance to your registered payment method. Any Bonus Funds or wagering-requirement-linked winnings will be forfeited upon account closure, unless the applicable wagering requirement has already been satisfied in full prior to the closure request.
7.2
12bat-Initiated Suspension or Closure
Where 12bat closes an account due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance that was legitimately deposited and not subject to a bonus restriction may be returned to the Player at 12bat's discretion following investigation. Where an account is closed due to fraud, money laundering suspicion, prohibited conduct, or regulatory requirement, 12bat reserves the right to withhold the entire account balance pending investigation or regulatory direction.

Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability
